यह शत-प्रतिशत असली नेपाली रुद्राक्ष फल है। जिसको पहनने से कई रोग एवं दुखों का निवारण होता है। इस फल को रुद्राक्ष के पेड़ से लिया गया है। जिसके अंदर पांच मुखी रुद्राक्ष से 13 मुखी रुद्राक्ष तक हो सकते हैं। सामान्यतः पंचमुखी रुद्राक्ष इस फल के अंदर से निकलता है। यह सीधे फल होने की वजह से नकली होने की संभावना बिल्कुल भी नहीं होती है। इसे आसानी से छीलकर गले में धारण कर सकते हैं। इसकी साइज लगभग 8 से 10 एमएम होती है।
इस फल को 12 घंटे के लिए पानी में डाल दें। ताकी ऊपर की परत अच्छे से गल जाए। 12 घंटे बाद इस फल को किसी धारदार वस्तु से इसकी परत निकाल ले। अब इसमें छिद्र करके पहना जा सकता है। यह माला के साथ या किसी भी लाल धागे में पीरो सकते हैं। चाहे तो आप इसे चांदी में भी गढ़वा सकते हैं।
