You can start this Nabhi Darshana Apsara sadhana from any Friday. This is a night time sadhana, sadhak should do it after 10 pm. Select a secluded room for meditation. Sadhak should collect the sadhna material which he had brought in the past and then after taking bath he should sit on the aasan facing the north direction. You should wear clothes that make you look more beautiful than anyone else and sprinkle perfume on yourself and in the whole room.
